The Swimming Lagoon

The Swimming Lagoon. Its probably more for getting yourself soaked than hard core swimming. Only filled up during high tide. However, this is the only safe way to get a soak in the water, there is no beach front around the island and the current are strong.  Lagoon is often filled with fallen coconuts.  Once we had 2 horse shoe crab inside the lagoon when the tide resided. The rock barn off the lagoon was a pretty good spot for casting artificial lures as fishes like groupers hide among the rocks.
